Our inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, selected service, budget range, project description, contact preference, and consent. Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, sensitive personal information, or confidential documents.
Purpose and storage
We use your information to understand and respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible project. Accepted inquiries are stored in the database connected to the website: Neon Postgres on Vercel, or Cloudflare D1 on the Sites-hosted version. Website infrastructure providers process technical request data needed to operate and secure the service. A submission confirmation means the inquiry was recorded; it does not mean an agreement has been formed.
Security and retention
To limit spam, the server stores daily pseudonymous hashes of the connection IP address and email with hourly counters. These rate records expire after two hours and are removed on a subsequent accepted request. Inquiry records are accessible to authorized operators. We review inquiries for deletion when they are no longer needed and aim to remove inactive inquiries within 90 days unless an ongoing discussion or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Cookies and analytics
This application does not load advertising pixels or nonessential analytics. Integration hooks remain inactive unless a consent system explicitly enables them. Private preview hosting may use authentication cookies to restrict access. Any public launch with analytics requires an updated notice and appropriate consent controls.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information and withdraw consent for future contact. Use the contact form and include your inquiry reference, or use the configured contact email when available. Additional rights depend on applicable law.
Operator information
ACHRONAL is a working brand in establishment. Verified legal entity, controller, address, jurisdiction, and direct privacy contact details must be added before public commercial launch. This private development preview is not a complete jurisdiction-specific privacy notice.
